At Pacers Running, we want you to find your perfect fit; if your gear doesn't perform to your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Whether you shopped online or at one of our local hubs, we are committed to keeping you moving comfortably.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange for a different size.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your unworn or lightly tested gear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is fully processed at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
